If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We gladly offer you 30 calendar days to return a faulty or unsatisfactory item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return of tangible items, such as clothing or books, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and unwashed or unused.
Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return meets the above criteria, please take a photo of the faulty part of the item, and send it along with a copy of the receipt to: Support@RaiseYourElevation.com A customer service representative will respond with return instructions.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
For eCourses and other online materials, no other process is required. Simply let us know within 30 days if the course did not meet your expectations and we will promptly provide a full refund.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
