As a physical person here on earth, the #1 topic Jesus about taught was the Kingdom of God.
Since it was the top-priority message of Jesus, here are 7 signature elements about God’s Kingdom that are always good to keep top-of-mind.
1️⃣ Choose Faith Over Fear
Jesus teaches that we can live by faith instead of fear. He calls us to trust in God’s power—not to be paralyzed by our current circumstances. Even faith the size of a mustard seed, Jesus said, can move mountains. Faith is not ignoring reality—it’s choosing to believe in a greater one.
2️⃣ Find Freedom Through Surrender
This isn’t surrender like giving up in battle—it’s surrendering the illusion of control and trusting in God’s higher ways. Jesus said, “Unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it cannot produce fruit.” True freedom comes when we stop clenching and start releasing to God.
3️⃣ Build Confidence Through Humility
Real confidence doesn’t come from inflating ourselves—it comes from knowing who we are in God. When we walk in humility, we allow the Spirit to work through us. Jesus said, “Whoever exalts themselves will be humbled, but whoever humbles themselves will be exalted.”
4️⃣ Get Power Through Forgiveness
Earthly power often looks like winning arguments or holding grudges. But Kingdom power flows through forgiveness. When we let go, we rise above. Jesus said, “If you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.” Forgiveness frees both sides.
5️⃣ Gain Leadership Through Servanthood
To lead is to serve. Jesus turned leadership upside down when saying: “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.” True leaders don’t chase titles—they lift others higher.
6️⃣ Have Provision Through Prayer
Provision doesn’t come from hustle alone. Jesus reminds us that prayer taps into divine abundance. He said, “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Prayer isn’t passive—it’s powerful.
7️⃣ Show Generosity Over Selfishness
Joy multiplies when we pour out what God has poured in. While self-care matters, overflow is where impact thrives. Jesus said: “give and it will be given to you.” Jesus also said: “Love one another as I have loved you.” Love is not just a feeling—it’s a mission.
